• Gold coins can be purchased by using debit card / internet banking 
• Details of the customer is mandatory before moving into payment section
• for gold ornaments & coins ranging from 2 gm and above, there will be no shipping charges available for purchase
• Addition Shipping charge of Rs. 320 would be applicable for gold ornaments & coins ranging from 0.5 gm to 1gm
• Within a period of 7 (Seven) business days of the Delivery Request being confirmed or such further period as may be required by MRG, we shall arrange for delivery of the gold coin/ ornaments at the shipping address indicated by you. You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is furnished by you on the Platform for processing such Delivery Request. You shall not be entitled to change the shipping address after the Delivery Request is processed by MRG.
• Maximum of 50 gm can be purchased in a single order
• Cash on delivery option will not be available.
• Customers who have Indian nationality with above 18 years of age are only allowed to purchase / order gold coin/ ornaments.
• Customer has to provide ID proofs for purchasing gold coins (one photo ID and one address proof). Items will be delivered to the buyer only after verifying the two id proofs against the original which is updated in our website at the time of registering.
• If double payments are made for a single transaction, such amount will be refunded within seven working days.
• No Cancellation of order and refund of the amount is permitted. Once the order is successful and amount is credited in our account, customer has to take delivery of that particular gold coin/ ornaments.
• Purity certificate of the coins are printed in the gold coin card. We have 24k 999 pure gold coin and 22k 916 pure gold ornaments.
• If the bank rejects the payment transaction made by the buyer towards an order for buying gold coin/ ornaments, Muthoottu Royal Gold shall take the right not dispatch/ship the order.
• Delivery of gold coins/ornaments outside the country is not allowed.
• All taxes on the date of purchasing the coin/ ornaments will be applicable. Each state shall have different taxation policy which will be applicable at the time of ordering the items
• If any dispute arises the legal jurisdiction will be held at Ernakulam.
